99 Prospect LLC is led by Janelle J., a former Lead Consultant to Ernst & Young and the International Monetary Fund, with 14+ years leading UX research and digital transformation for Fortune 500 and federal clients, including Northwestern Mutual, Cognizant, Nava and UPS.
That work taught us one thing: technology only succeeds when people are brought along. Today we focus on the human side of change, with clear training, energizing workshops and practical AI adoption that sticks.
